Returns and Refunds

Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005), if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who does not indicate a VAT number on the order form), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?

To exercise this right, the customer must send, within 14 working days of receiving the goods, a return request via email containing the following information:

-Name, Surname
-E-mail
-Mobile number
-Purchased product(s) to be returned
-Order number and order date

This communication must be sent via email to info@superpaw.it no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

How to return goods?

To return an item, the Customer, after sending us a request via email or WhatsApp specifying the order number, must send the items intact, unused and in their original packaging to the following address:

How is the return refunded?

The customer will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods. The refund will be made for an amount equal to the cost of the purchased and returned products, net of shipping costs and any cash on delivery charges. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the purchase process and once payment has been received, in the case of cash on delivery. However, customers who paid cash on delivery will be refunded, at their discretion, by bank transfer or PayPal. In the case of PayPal, the refund will be credited to the customer's PayPal account. If the above-mentioned return procedures are not followed, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return and to refuse to issue a refund.
